The opportunities are endless.**Job Summary:** MD Landscaping is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team as a Landscape Construction Crew Member. The Construction Crew Member supports the installation and maintenance of high-quality landscape projects under the direction of the Foreman and Project Manager.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Assist with daily landscape construction and maintenance tasks.* Install hardscapes, softscapes, and site features according to plans and direction.* Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and properly.* Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.* Communicate effectively with Foreman and teammates.* Support training and development by learning new skills.**QUALIFICATIONS*** Previous landscape construction experience preferred, but not required* Willingness to learn and follow direction* Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and job site safety (or willingness to learn)* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance* Experience with Aspire Software is a plus* Valid driver’s license; CDL or equipment operation experience preferred* Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally* Ability to work effectively in a team environment* Reliable transportation to and from the office* Prolonged periods standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting* Willingness to work in all seasonal and environmental conditions* Excellent hand-eye coordination**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
