As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security-related systems, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 PM - 08:00 PMTue12:00 PM - 08:00 PMWed12:00 PM - 08:00 PMThur12:00 PM - 08:00 PMFri12:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Staff the front desk in a commercial real estate location, greet and direct visitors, maintain visitor logs, and support access-control procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed. Monitor entry areas, building communications, and security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures. Assist with tenant and visitor inquiries, deliveries, and building access requests while maintaining a professional, welcoming presence. Minimum Requirements: Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
