Your Mission
As a Planning Assistant, you’ll keep our Contracts & Planning team running at full throttle by ensuring production has the right paperwork and materials, exactly when needed. This role exists to keep manufacturing orders moving smoothly and records clean, accurate, and ready for audit.
Key responsibilities include printing, sorting, and organizing production packets; preparing totes for kitting and wire cutting; scanning documents for precise record retention; releasing jobs to production when needed by program/site; and kitting/printing PI markers to match individual manufacturing orders. Required skills/qualifications:- Familiarity with production kitting and wire cutting processes
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Comfortable using printers/scanners for document control
- Strong organization, record retention, and attention to detail

A Fast-Paced FlowYour day kicks off onsite in Kerrville, TX (Monday–Friday, 40 hours), where you settle in with the planning team and line up the day’s document flow. You’ll rotate between the print area and the production floor, keeping packets and scans moving in rhythm with the build schedule. As priorities shift, you’ll stay calm and organized—checking that what’s filed matches what’s happening in real time. By day’s end, you’ve helped the operation feel crisp, controlled, and ready for tomorrow’s push.
