Build meaningful relationships, uncover new opportunities, and drive business through community engagement and referrals—all while earning rewards for your success*Key Responsibilities** Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high‑traffic ACG branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow ACG’s insurance portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.* Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and quote, bind, and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.* Prospecting, Community Engagement & Referrals: Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, and identify cross‑sell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services to maximize overall member value.*Required Qualifications:** Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license* Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire* Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.* Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary and within a time frame established by the Business Unit.* High School diploma or equivalent* 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)* Insurance experience is helpful—but not required.* We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role*Experience That Sets You Up for Success** Sales Execution & Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and close sales opportunities, including disciplined lead tracking, follow‑up, pipeline management, and accountability for achieving and exceeding performance goals.* Consultative Selling & Customer Discovery: Apply consultative selling techniques supported by deep product knowledge, strong listening skills, and the ability to quickly assess customer needs, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and deliver tailored value.* Prospecting & Business Development: Proven ability to generate new opportunities through referrals, outbound activity, networking, and other business‑development efforts.* Communication & Customer Mindset: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer‑first mindset and confidence in guiding sales conversations.* Sales Technology & Tools: Proficient in leveraging technology to support sales execution, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.*Work Environment** Work in a temperature controlled AAA branch location* Ability to work varied hours, including possible weekends* Some travel to local events may be required*Compensation & Benefits Overview*ACG complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding required benefits (including PTO, paid sick leave, etc.).*Deeper Dive into Pay & Incentives*Build a rewarding sales career with the stability of base pay, performance-based earning potential, and support to grow, with additional career path options available if entrepreneurship is part of your long-term goals.* Base pay (non-exempt)* Typical Starting Earnings $57,000 - $62,000+ (First-year, based on performance)* Additional Compensation* Ramp-up support $2,500* Processed 30 and 60 days of employment* Supplemental Pay for six months:* $200/week during months 0–2* $150/week during months 3–4* $100/week during months 5–6* Performance Incentives* Elevated commission structure during the first 15 months* New Hire On‑Pace Bonus tied to milestones*Benefits:*At ACG, we offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and professional growth.Health & Wellness* Medical plans with multiple coverage options, including HSA eligibility.* Prescription drug coverage.* Dental and vision benefits.* Employee Assistance Program (confidential support services).Financial Protection & Insurance* Company-paid basic life insurance.* Optional supplemental life insurance and dependent coverage.* Short-term and long-term disability coverage.* Critical illness, accident, and pet insurance options.Retirement & Savings* 401(k) plan to support long-term financial goals* 3% automatic deferral upon eligibility;
