Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 - $150,000 base salary

Position Overview


The Account Manager will oversee the complete day-to-day financial operations for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and their related entities. This role requires strong bookkeeping and accounting expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations for multiple client entities.
• Perform full-charge bookkeeping for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
• Complete bank and brokerage account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and weekly bill payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and scheduled cash collections.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Coordinate payroll processing through third-party payroll providers.
• Prepare and issue annual 1099 forms.
• Distinguish personal and tax-deductible expenses accurately.
• Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and other professional advisors.
• Maintain organized financial records while meeting multiple client deadlines.
• Review brokerage activity, including gains and losses, dividends, interest income, and taxable versus non-taxable transactions.
• Collaborate closely with accountants, partners, and fellow Account Managers to provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Previous Business Management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong full-charge bookkeeping and accounting experience.
• Experience managing multiple sets of books simultaneously.
• Thorough understanding of:

  • Intercompany reconciliations
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and closely held entities preferred.
• Familiarity with brokerage account activity and investment reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to client service.
