Job Description Job Title Case Manager Reports to Anti-Human Trafficking Program Director Location Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, Inc. | Fort Myers office Overview Catholic Charities, Diocese of Venice, Inc. (CCDOV) provides services to people of all races, backgrounds, and beliefs. We offer a variety of housing and social service programs to individuals, families, and communities across ten counties in Southwest Florida. The Anti-Human Trafficking Program Case Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of intensive case management for all survivors of Human Trafficking across all 10 counties within the Diocese of Venice. Job Responsibilities Provide intensive case management services including coordination of wrap‑around services and securing safe, secure housing where applicable. Conduct outreach and partnership engagement in targeted neighborhoods, churches, community organization, and educational institutions. Assist clients in accessing critical needs including food, housing, behavioral health counseling, crisis intervention services, immigration advocacy, and healthcare. Assist clients in completing resource and benefits applications including education and employment opportunities, subsidized transportation, and credit repair. Cooperate and coordinate with law enforcement on intervention efforts and maintain a high level of discretion and privacy to protect client identity and location. Facilitate client participation in the prosecution of criminal violations. Participate in and work collaboratively with committees, task forces, educational institutions, and other anti‑human trafficking workgroups to advance CCDOV objectives. Provide recommendations to the Program Director, the United States Attorney, and other leaders on policy and procedure issues regarding human trafficking. Answer and address anti‑human trafficking hotline calls. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in social services, public administration, criminal justice, management, or related field. Working knowledge of community resources especially the social service network throughout the area of responsibility. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with community partners. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software. Must be able to pass a Level II background screening. Must have a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
