Clinical Admissions & Outreach Liaison
Arbors of Ohio
Arbors of Ohio seeks an Admissions Coordinator to manage pre-admission assessments, liaise with hospital discharge planners, physicians and families for long-term care admissions. RN preferred, LPN minimum in state employed; experience in admissions in long-term care is valued. You will work with a team to coordinate referrals, market the facility to referral sources, and ensure smooth authorization of services and reimbursement processes while maintaining compassionate, resident-focused care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Arbors of Ohio
