Guest Service Supervisor

Job Summary Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes directed by management. Responsibilities Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties as directed by management. Coach staff by providing constructive feedback to improve task performance. Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience. Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures. Operate the point of sale in accordance with corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels. Perform all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal). Guarantee 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes. Manage cash processes including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks when applicable. Replenish products to maintain in‑stock conditions. Address guest inquiries and complaints. Check in external and internal vendors in accordance with established guidelines. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to access all store areas, including selling floor, stock area, and register area. Physical capability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lb during a shift. Ability to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Reliable transportation. Efficient, organized, and committed to providing excellent guest service. Compensation Pay Range: $16.50 – $19.50 per hour.
