Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist – Suffolk, VA We are seeking an outpatient pediatric therapist who is passionate about providing individualized, one‑to‑one care to children from birth to age twenty‑one. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and encouraging parents and caregivers to participate in sessions to support the child’s home exercises and daily life. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet each child’s unique needs. Provide direct therapeutic services in speech-language pathology and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Engage parents and caregivers in treatment planning and home‑based activities. Collaborate with occupational, physical therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, using tools such as ScribeIQ to reduce administrative load. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program. Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Virginia. Demonstrated commitment to high‑quality patient outcomes and client‑centered care.
