Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a leading company in the fitness industry, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This individual will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and hiring high-performing sales professionals. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales positions across the organization, from intake through offer. Proactively source, identify, and engage top sales talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business goals and hiring priorities. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate fit and performance potential. Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Support employer branding efforts and promote the organization within the talent market. Qualifications 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and recruiting. Proven experience recruiting for sales roles (required). Industry experience within fitness, life sciences, biotech, or SaaS strongly preferred. Expert-level sourcing skills, including deep proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter. Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
