Position Overview

Evo Energy Inc. is seeking ambitious and relationship-driven Sales Agents to meet with homeowners, conduct energy consultations, and help families transition to solar energy solutions.

This is a consultative sales role where qualified appointments are provided, allowing you to spend your time meeting with interested homeowners rather than spending the majority of your day prospecting.

You'll guide homeowners through the decision-making process, educate them on available solar programs, and help them understand how renewable energy can benefit their household financially and environmentally.

What You'll Do

Run Company-Provided Appointments

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments

• Conduct professional in-home consultations

• Review energy usage and homeowner goals

• Educate customers on solar energy solutions and available programs

• Build trust through honest and consultative conversations

Present & Close Solutions

• Present customized solar recommendations

• Explain financial benefits, incentives, and ownership options

• Address homeowner questions and concerns

• Guide customers through the enrollment process

• Close sales while maintaining a high standard of professionalism

Customer Relationship Management

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Maintain communication throughout the sales process

• Ensure homeowners feel informed and confident in their decisions

• Generate referrals and additional opportunities through satisfied customers

Personal Growth & Development

• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

• Develop expertise in renewable energy and solar solutions

Location Requirement

Candidates Must Live Within 30 Miles of Beacon, New York

Because this position involves in-person homeowner consultations and territory management, applicants should reside within approximately 30 miles of Beacon, NY.

Local market familiarity and community connections are highly valued.

Average Sales Agent Earnings: $120,000+ Annually

Expected Earnings Range: $80,000 – $250,000+
