What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors, and end users.

• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.

• Prepare quotations and assist customers with product selection and project requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Manage multiple projects and customer inquiries simultaneously.

• Achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, air distribution, building materials, or a related technical sales environment.

• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience selling air distribution products such as diffusers, grilles, registers, dampers, louvers, or fans.

• Previous outside or inside sales experience within the commercial construction industry.
