Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds,Tekion, or similar dealership management systems is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, self-motivated, andteam-oriented. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability tolift upto 50 pounds and work in both warehouse and service environments. What You'll Do As an Automotive Parts Counterperson, you'll play an essential role in supporting our service department and customers by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time. Responsibilities include: Assist service technicians by promptly supplying the correct parts needed for repairs. Provide exceptional service to retail and wholesale customers. Accurately identifyand source parts using manufacturer electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems. Process customer and technician partsordersaccurately and efficiently. Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in daily cycle counts and physical inventories. Process special orders, warranty parts, core returns, and customerreturnsaccording to manufacturer and dealership policies. Maintain organized inventory storage areas and ensure parts are properly labeled and stored. Communicate order status and estimated arrival dates with customers and service personnel. Promote accessories and related products when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
