Reach Truck Driver / Order Picker (1st Shift) ($21.00/hr.)
We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Drivers / Order Pickers for a busy distribution center. This is an opportunity with weekly pay, overtime availability, and long-term growth potential. Candidates should have recent reach truck experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Apply Today!
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM 2:30 PM)
Can work until 4:30pm*
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a reach truck throughout most of the shift in a high-bay warehouse environment
- Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify customer orders accurately
- Retrieve and store inventory in double-deep racking systems
- Stage, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory put-away and replenishment tasks
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanup
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck experience
- Experience working with RF scanners and order picking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs when needed
- Comfortable working at heights in a high-bay warehouse
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Heights, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
