Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $XX-XX per hour (negotiable based on experience) Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time employees Bonuses: Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus, monthly performance bonus Benefits: 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays, continuing education credits (up to $250/year for eligible hygienists), CPR/Radiology/Nitrous Oxide certification reimbursement Job Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service, including same‑day care opportunities. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess patients’ dental condition and review medical history. Assist with dental and periodontal charting. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. Experience working with a pediatric patient population preferred (patients are 70% or more children).
