About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management (AVPSEM) to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic enrollment plan. The successful candidate will be a strategic and relationally oriented leader, responsible for driving growth and excellence in student recruitment, retention, and graduation. This role involves creating and leading long-range strategies, working closely with faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure enrollment goals are met, and fostering an environment where the student body can thrive and grow. The AVPSEM will also be tasked with identifying and removing obstacles in the enrollment process and will play a key role in the university's trajectory towards R1 status. The ideal candidate for the AVPSEM position at the company will have a proven track record in enrollment management and a deep understanding of the higher education landscape. They should be adept at leading the enrollment process throughout the student lifecycle, from recruitment to graduation, and be experienced in modernizing business workflows. Visionary leadership, cross-campus collaboration, and the ability to represent the division on key institutional committees are essential. The role requires a leader who can engage in industry best practices, leverage financial aid modeling, and coordinate large-scale, cross-divisional projects to ensure a seamless student experience and drive the university's long-term enrollment goals. A strong educational background and a passion for the mission of the institution are also necessary.
