About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice Chancellor for Campus Enterprises to provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of auxiliary services that significantly impact the student experience and contribute to non-state revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality of services, financial performance, budgeting, contract administration, and staff leadership in areas such as dining services, retail operations, card services, mail services, parking and transportation, and vending. This executive will work closely with senior leaders in various campus divisions and support major events, enrollment growth, and continuity of operations during emergencies. Applicants for the Associate Vice Chancellor position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7-10 years' leadership experience in auxiliary services, campus enterprises, hospitality, or a similar multi-unit operation. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing multiple service functions, budgets, and professional staff, as well as experience in managing outsourced vendor contracts and service partnerships. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership skills are essential. A master's degree and experience in senior leadership at a large public university or a comparable organization are preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to improve service quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also have experience in long-range planning, capital projects, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
