Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Director will lead client's entry into the Dallas market, acting as both a hands-on seller and a builder of the local sales organization. This person will develop the go-to-market strategy, build channel and direct relationships, recruit and lead a growing sales team, and personally drive early new-logo revenue while the market scales. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role suited to a sales leader who has built a territory before and wants to do it again. Job qualifications: 8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT managed services/ Professional Services, telecom, or technology solutions (AI/Cybersecurity), including 3+ years in a sales leadership role. Proven track record launching or scaling a new territory or market. Established network within the Dallas/Fort Worth business and technology channel community strongly preferred. Experience working with TSDs/master agents (Intelisys, Avant, Telarus, or similar) strongly preferred. Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, both individually and as a team leader.
