As a Production Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including press, laser, shot, and weld assembly to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate presses, lasers, shot, and weld assembly equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.

• Assist in meeting daily production quotas.

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• No prior experience necessary—entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

• Capacity to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift.

• Willingness to work overtime and cross-train in different areas.

Pay Details: $15.50 to $16.25 per hour
