Allied / Tech - Cath Lab Tech
Experienced Cath Lab tech. Requirements: Cath Lab Tech experience. Minimum of one year. Cath Lab checklist required. ARRT (R) Radiography - Must have in hand. NJ Diagnostic Radiologist Tech License required. (1-2 Weeks) Can submit without it in hand, but if they have it please be sure to attach it with the submission.
Shift: Call is roughly one weekend per month, Friday-Sun and approx 1 day per week. Must be able to arrive to facility within 30 minutes for emergency call.
Skills: Accurate monitoring, Angioplasty, ASD Closures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Equipment set up, Fluoroscopy, Hemodynamic monitoring, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Left heart catheterization, Maintains equipment, PACS, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Pulmonary Artery (PA) line insertion, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Right heart catheterization, Room circulator, Rotablader athrectomy, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Stocks supplies, Temporary Pacemaker, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Ventricular Assist Device Insertion, Watchman.
