We're hiring Customer Service Specialists to support a high-volume call center environment. This role involves handling inbound calls, making outbound calls when needed, updating customer information, and assisting customers through multiple systems.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of customer service experience
• 2 years of inbound call center experience
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Strong typing and multitasking skills
• Experience using Outlook, Teams, and web-based systems
• Reliable internet connection

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
