Night Auditor

About the Role: JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team! This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our overnight operations, ensuring every guest has a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities: Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily revenue reports Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and posting of room charges Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports for management review Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety and comfort of all overnight guests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for any overnight service needs Requirements: Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred Strong math and accounting skills with keen attention to detail Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight hours Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor High school diploma or equivalent required About Us: JSR Hospitality is a trusted name in the Fairfield, CA hospitality community, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and a welcoming atmosphere.
