This is a commission-based opportunity with no income ceiling , giving you the ability to grow your earnings as your skills, activity, and business develop.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

No prior real estate experience is required.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

$122,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property values.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate new leads and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests at every step.
• Attend open houses and networking events to increase visibility and expand your professional network.
• Utilize our proven systems to manage and follow up on leads efficiently and effectively, ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build trust.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, enabling you to efficiently manage leads and client information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and shared success.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
