Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $22.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Tue 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Wed 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Thur 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Fri 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing visitor access, and/or supporting security-related protocols for a healthcare location. Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and credentials as required, and/or guide visitors, patients, and staff in accordance with location procedures. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed. Maintain awareness of front desk operations, answer questions, document routine activity and incidents, and/or communicate important information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Support a professional environment by helping to deter unauthorized access, following confidentiality expectations, and/or assisting with security-related response activities as appropriate. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
