Marketing Program Manager
Schneider Electric has a new opening for a Marketing Program Manager, based in Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; or Boston, MA. The Marketing Program Manager transforms strategy into market impact by developing and executing integrated growth marketing programs that accelerate demand, strengthen customer engagement, and drive business growth. Working in close partnership with Strategic Marketing, Commercial, Sales, and Product teams, this role brings go-to-market strategies to life through data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role has a strong focus on end-user marketing, developing campaigns that engage decision-makers within Fortune 500 enterprises and Public Sector organizations across key vertical markets. Success requires understanding complex customer buying journeys, partnering closely with Commercial teams, and delivering targeted marketing programs that increase awareness, generate pipeline, and expand Schneider Electric's presence within strategic accounts. The ideal candidate combines growth marketing expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional program management with a proven track record of creating innovative, award-winning campaigns that influence customer behavior and drive revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaign management.
- Experience partnering with Commercial and Sales organizations to drive business growth.
- Demonstrated success executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple complex marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance metrics to optimize results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience marketing technology, software, industrial automation, energy, or infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and growth marketing methodologies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience managing creative and digital agencies.
- Demonstrated history of delivering award-winning or industry-recognized marketing campaigns.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
