Director of Rehab - Full Time

Rehab Director Opportunity In Radford, Va

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced rehab director for a full-time outpatient role in Radford, VA. The director will recruit and train clinical staff, develop and implement therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate rehabilitation services across the outpatient setting. The director will also lead quality improvement initiatives, manage departmental budgets, and serve as the primary clinical liaison with facility leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology with an entry-level degree appropriate for the discipline.
• Active Virginia state license required to start.
• Previous management or director-level experience in an outpatient therapy setting preferred.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring clinical staff.
• Demonstrated experience with developing clinical programs, overseeing care plans, and managing quality initiatives.
• Experience managing budgets, productivity expectations, and scheduling for a therapy department.
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and regulatory compliance requirements.
• PT managers only.
