Client Support Associate

Responsibilities Supports multiple clinical processes, utilizes resources appropriately, adheres to regulatory guidelines, and promotes customer satisfaction. Triage incoming phone calls from patients, family members, clinics, Baptist Health employees, and other customers, transferring them to the appropriate department. Manage foot traffic such as visitors, vendors, deliveries, etc. Perform various clerical duties such as sorting mail and filing records. Serve as a gatekeeper for the Administrator, managing group email accounts and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school graduate with at least 2 years of computer experience. Ability to handle cross‑training tasks, shift priorities to meet deadlines, and maintain focus amid constant interruptions (telephone, staff, etc.).
