Mechanical Assembly Technician

Job Description

Aegis is partnered with a growing manufacturer of water and wastewater treatment systems that provides end-to-end solutions from design through installation. This organization offers a clean, collaborative work environment with steady growth and strong demand for their equipment. They are seeking a Mechanical Systems Fabricator to support assembly and fabrication of system components within their shop.

Responsibilities:

Assemble systems using technical drawings and instructions
Perform basic fabrication including drilling, cutting, and material prep
Build and assemble piping panels and mechanical components
Use hand and power tools for assembly and fabrication
Read and interpret blueprints and measurements
Ensure systems are built accurately and function properly
Maintain clean and organized work areas

Requirements:

2+ years fabrication or assembly experience
Experience using mechanical tools (drills, saws, wrenches, etc.)
Ability to read basic blueprints and measurements
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
