Description

• Conduct assessments of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments while formulating personalized treatment strategies
• Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions emphasizing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge preparations, and home exercise protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress following both facility standards and regulatory frameworks
• Engage in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
