Three Communities, Endless Ways to Make an Impact – Build a diverse caseload across Commonwealth Senior Living at The West End, Bon Air, and Chesterfield. Work with residents ranging from active seniors focused on staying strong to short-term stays and specialized memory care, giving you opportunities to work on recovery, fall prevention, mobility, cognition, and independence. With established wellness programs like Tai Chi, SilverSneakers Walking Club, and Gentle Yoga, you'll join communities where staying active is already part of the culture.

Your Growth Matters – Annual performance reviews to recognize your contributions and support your career goals.

Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults

Support care coordination with wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support

Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement
