Responsibilities * Supervise all aspects of wine bar operations, including service, food preparation, and beverage offerings * Manage inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels of wines, spirits, and related supplies * Oversee POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling * Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and responsible alcohol service to maintain high standards * Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between team members while maintaining efficiency * Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across the bar and kitchen areas * Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a motivated team environment Qualifications * Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or culinary roles within a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting * Strong background in restaurant management, supervising teams, and food service operations * Familiarity with POS systems, experience with cash handling and inventory control is essential * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently * Demonstrated leadership in hospitality management with experience in training & development and staff supervision * Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling best practices within the food industry * Prior casual dining or fine dining experience preferred; banquet or catering background is a plus * Ability to manage budgets, perform shift management duties effectively, and oversee food production processes Join us as a Wine Bar Manager to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences.
