Kindred Hospital Greensboro is a 101-bed long-term acute care hospital treating chronically, critically ill patients who require an extended stay in a hospital setting with individualized care plans. We offer a 6-bed ICU and seven negative pressure rooms. We are accessible via I-85 expressway, nestled between Clinton Heights and Lincoln Heights Neighborhoods for your convenience. Job Summary Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patients clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/ Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning process.
