Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support. Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish the company as the preferred in‑home care provider. Build and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living facilities, etc.). Hire, onboard, and staff the team, ensuring proper shift coverage and monitoring on‑call responsibilities. Conduct in‑home assessments, build strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. Oversee office budget and manage financial performance through profit and loss statements. Create a workplace of choice, motivating the team, and setting a culture of high morale. Qualifications and Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team. Track record of meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Attributes Desire to leave a typical structured 8‑5 desk job behind.
