Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day office operations and administrative activities for the Idaho Falls office. Support project planning, scheduling, work controls, reporting, and project tracking activities. Coordinate project documentation, deliverables, and communication among internal and external stakeholders. Assist project managers and business unit leadership with project execution and performance monitoring. Support proposal development efforts, including preparation of technical and business content, coordination of inputs, and submission activities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, national laboratories, and industry partners in the Idaho Falls area. Identify and support business development opportunities aligned with company growth objectives. Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities as a representative of BGS. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business communications for leadership and clients. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the Advanced Energy Solutions Business Unit. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Technical Management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting the Department of Energy, National Laboratories, nuclear industry, or related federal programs. Demonstrated experience in project planning, work controls, project reporting, and business operations support. Experience supporting technical, engineering, research, or energy‑related projects. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required. Location/Work Arrangement This position is in Idaho Falls, ID. Schedule is part time, work hours based on project needs. BGS offers a competitive total compensation package to eligible employees.
