You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and driving business success. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and high performance. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met. Customer Service: Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of our bagels, spreads, and beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. Administrative Tasks: Support the General Manager with scheduling, payroll, and reporting. Help monitor and manage labor and food costs to meet budget goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant, food service, or retail industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for great food and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
