Registered Dietitian RD

Park Nursing Home is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Registered Dietitian (RD) to oversee nutritional services and ensure residents receive appropriate, high-quality nutritional care. This role is ideal for an RD who understands long-term care regulations and enjoys working closely with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Assess residents’ nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans Oversee therapeutic diets and ensure compliance with physician orders Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as needed Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings Ensure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and dietary standards Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff as needed Review menus for nutritional adequacy and regulatory compliance Support survey readiness related to dietary and nutrition services Qualifications Active Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred Knowledge of specialized diets and geriatric nutrition Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with nursing, dietary, and clinical teams What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration Stable position within a skilled nursing environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on resident health and outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
