Customer Service & Sales Representative

Spanish speaking required. As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you bring customers joy and relief through Molly Maid services. This full‑time role operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Responsibilities Provide price quotes and sell Molly Maid cleaning services, meeting with warm leads at homes and over the phone. Grow and retain customers by answering calls, booking estimates, and scheduling cleans. Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, professional manner. Close the loop on open estimates and sales, ensuring a strong personal relationship. Promote Molly Maid culture and teamwork, energizing the team. Resolve customer concerns cheerfully, provide solutions and follow up for satisfaction. Qualifications Energetic by phone, comfortable talking with customers. Ability to work well with diverse people, being sociable and professional. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and pride in a high‑quality job. Tech‑savvy with computer use, especially Microsoft Office. Capability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Job Requirements Spanish speaking required. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Complete a background check. Valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license with a clean record. Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $20.25 – $25 per hour, dependent on experience. Minimum wage is guaranteed, plus up to $1,000 per week in sales incentives. Earn one day of sick time off for every 8 weeks worked full‑time. Paid training on proven systems.
