Food Club Coordinator, Mobile Market (Bilingual)

The Food Club Coordinator, Mobile Market is responsible for operations of our Mobile Market, which brings healthy food access out into the community. This role delivers high-quality customer experience, while also coordinating inventory management, stocking and merchandising of products, route scheduling, driving and delivery. When not operating the Mobile Market, this role will assist at the Food Club, providing customer service to guests and effective daily operations. Additionally, this role leads and collaborates with volunteers. Basic conversational Spanish is required, in support of connecting with guests at Mobile Market stops. Start Date: July 2026 \n Responsibilities & Essential Duties Execute on day-to-day operations of the Mobile Market. Schedule monthly routes with established site partners and drive a 14-foot insulated box truck. Responsible for daily Market operations - including loading and setup, teardown and unloading, stocking and merchandising of products, and working with and managing the Point of Sale (PoS) system and technology systems of our business operations. Work alongside and lead volunteers at Mobile Market stops and Food Club. Drive safely and ensure safe transportation and storage of food. Work independently to execute opening and closing procedures of the Food Club and the Mobile Market. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure adequate food inventory, supply storage and organization, and to generate and distribute promotional materials for the Mobile Market. Ensure a positive guest experience while demonstrating our values in action and provide outstanding member service, at the Food Club and the Mobile Market. Record and track program data outcomes, outputs and metrics for the Mobile Market - while also leveraging digital workspaces for email, chat, and documentation. Communicate effectively with a variety of guests, volunteers, staff, and neighbors in English and basic, conversational Spanish. At Food Club, work alongside team and volunteers to assist at checkout, ensure products are safely stored and stocked, and receive food deliveries, lead volunteer groups and other daily operating tasks. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in direct community services and programming, with a particular focus on engaging low-income populations preferred. Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently. Familiarity in Google Workspace preferred or ability to learn. Ability to use an Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) system preferred or willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people. Willingness and interest in continuous learning and adaptation based on your professional interests and organizational needs. A high standard of performance and integrity, and ability to lead by example to foster a positive workplace culture. Proficiency in clear and effective written and verbal communication, and ability to develop trusting professional relationships.
