Job Description

This position coordinates the daily receipts of Purchase Orders (inventory and non-inventory). You will also serve as primary back-up to the Inventory Control Coordinator, as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Physical receipt of Purchase Orders and processing electronically into Dynamics.
• Organization of inventory and non-inventory items in the warehouses to comply with related procedures.
• Restocking of Finished Good shelves with received product or product from the overstock area.
• Inventory transfers, including Marketing Literature, Manufacturing Supplies and manufacturer-labeled distributed Finished Goods items.
• Stage and receive shipments of Manufacturing Orders to outside processors.
• Maintain records for Data/temperature Loggers in the warehouses.
• Execution of Cycle Counts for Home Office.
• Inter-building transport of materials, as needed.
• Back-up for all duties performed by the Materials Control Coordinator, II.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma Required
• One year experience with increasing responsibilities in inventory control and/or warehouse related function preferred.
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel desired
