Golden Grizzlies Band Public Relations/Equipment Manager at Oakland University

Golden Grizzlies Band Public Relations/Equipment Manager Must be an active performing member of the OU Golden Grizzlies Band (signed up for both semesters). Must be able to work and communicate through Google Drive, Email, and various Google Docs. Communicating and working with the Director and Graduate Assistants to accomplish weekly tasks. Assisting the head Equipment Manager with all equipment set-up and movement for the ensemble. This includes arriving early to each performance to help set up drum set and other items from storage, and stay after to help tear down. Manage the Golden Grizzlies Social Media platforms on a regular basis. Promote the Golden Grizzlies Band throughout the University. When needed, create fliers for events. Be the student that meets and greets prospective high school students when they arrive to “sit in” with the ensemble. Attend all off-campus ensemble performances (tournament games, off-site home games, etc.). Other duties as assigned by the Director or the Grizz Band Graduate Assistants. #J-18808-Ljbffr Oakland University
