Customer Accounts & Billing Specialist (Front Desk)

The City of Madras seeks a customer accounts receivable clerk to establish, process, and review accounts receivable for utilities, permits, and other City services. You will receive, verify, and enter payments and maintain customer data at the front desk. You will answer inquiries, generate notices, and assist with meter-related tasks while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
