As a Principal Technical Program Manager –within the Infrastructure Platforms Client Solutions team, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that will impact experiences for multiple groups across the firm, including clients, employees, and stakeholders. Your advanced analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks, while navigating through ambiguity and driving change. With demonstrated technical fluency, you will effectively manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with the firm's strategic goals. Job responsibilities * Develop and implement technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration * Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks * Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes * Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency * Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies * Drive program and portfolio strategy, manage organizational priorities and outcomes while monitoring OKRs and value delivery * Establish data-driven portfolio management (roadmaps, capacity, OKRs, benefits realization, risks) and reporting * Craft executive-ready presentation materials and narratives that translate complex topics into clear, understandable, and actionable information * Orchestrate new ways of working across the portfolio (e.g., adaptive planning, quarterly prioritization), ensuring governance and accountability Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills * 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations * Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions * Demonstrated experience leading client-driven programs, translating client requirements into actionable delivery plans, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving execution across cross-functional technology, infrastructure, and business teams. * Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives * Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments * Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into executive-ready narratives, visuals, and dashboards * Demonstrated track record of designing and operationalizing portfolio governance, with experience in portfolio reporting, capacity and sequencing, and outcome-based planning Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, or PgMP
• Experience leading multi-LOB transformations at scale within technology or

financial services * Proficiency with portfolio tooling and analytics (e.g., Jira Align, OKR platforms, BI dashboards) to enable data-driven decisions * Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency, improve program execution, accelerate insights, and enhance client and stakeholder outcomes.
