Harmony Haven LLC is seeking a reliable and compassionate Overnight Residential
Aide to support our residents during evening and ovemight hours in our residential
alcohol and drug treatment program.
Position Overview:
The Overnight Residential Aide helps maintain a safe, calm, and structured environment
while providing support and supervision to residents throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the facility and ensure resident safety
• Conduct routine check-ins and documentation
• Provide support to residents as needed during overnight hours
• Enforce house guidelines and maintain a peaceful environment
• Assist with light cleaning and organization
Qualifications:
• Experience in behavioral health or residential settings preferred
• Dependable, attentive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Passion for supporting individuals in recovery
