About the Role

Team 360 Staffing is seeking a dependable Order Puller for one of our clients in South San Francisco, CA. This position is responsible for accurately pulling and staging orders, operating warehouse equipment, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate has previous order pulling experience, experience using a Vocollect voice-picking system, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 3:45 PM)

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Accurately pull and stage customer orders using a Vocollect voice-picking system
• Operate an electric pallet jack to retrieve and transport products throughout the warehouse
• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
• Prepare orders for shipping and distribution
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

 

Requirements:

 

• Previous order pulling experience required
• Experience using a Vocollect voice-picking system required
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack required
• Experience operating a stand-up forklift required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
