8-hour day shift, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to provide high-quality patient care in a general outpatient setting. You will be responsible for evaluating and developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome.
