Senior Account Manager (IT Solutions)

Walker Healthforce, an industry leader in the placement of Healthcare Technology Consultants, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client partnership team. Responsibilities Develop a strategic sales plan for assigned client accounts identifying additional revenue streams and sustained account development. Forecast and track key account metrics on assigned accounts. Meet regularly with clients to understand business needs and educate them on our services and workforce solutions through development of presentations and capability overviews. Identify innovative opportunities to improve our client’s workforce challenges. Function as a customer advocate; stay abreast of new technology and trends. Build and strengthen client and key consultant relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and continued account development. Identify and build new customer relationships within existing accounts.
