Compensation:

$123,500 - $295,050 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of property listings, ensuring they are market-ready and appealing.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings, providing clients with valuable insights and guidance.
• Support clients through the negotiation process, advocating for their best interests at every step.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective lead generation and client management strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Utilize company-provided systems to manage transactions efficiently from initial contact to closing day, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications:

• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and experienced agents to enhance learning and performance.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and transactions efficiently.
