Compensation This is a commission only opportunity. Estimated Gross Commission Income based on production: Approximately $2 million in annual sales volume may generate approximately $50,000 in Gross Commission Income (GCI). Approximately $4 million in annual sales volume may generate approximately $100,000 in Gross Commission Income (GCI). Higher production creates greater earning potential. Actual earnings vary based on commission rates, brokerage splits, transaction volume, and market conditions. Has closed transactions and is ready to increase production. Has a database they want to convert into long-term business. Values coaching, accountability, and collaboration. Delivers an exceptional client experience. Is committed to personal and professional growth. Responsibilities Represent buyer clients from consultation through closing. Conduct private home tours throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Educate clients on neighborhoods, market conditions, and pricing strategies. Negotiate and present offers. Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure a smooth transaction process. Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business. Deliver professional, responsive, and exceptional client service throughout the buying process. Qualifications Active Maryland or DC Real Estate License required. A Virginia license is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional, organized, and dependable. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the DMV. Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining a high level of service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
