Responsibilities:

1. Execute immediate, systematic follow-up with inbound team leads and database prospects.
2. Conduct expert buyer consultations, list presentations, and open house events across Puget Sound target markets.
3. Draft, negotiate, and manage state-compliant purchase and sale agreements.
4. Maintain clean client records and pipeline tracking within our team CRM.

Qualifications:

1. Active Washington Real Estate License (Required).
2. Strong local knowledge of Shoreline, Seattle, Bothell, Edmonds, Kirkland, and surrounding North Sound communities.
3. Tech-fluent mindset and quick adoption of CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
4. Growth-oriented, competitive work ethic with a strong desire to scale a six-figure business.

Target Markets: Shoreline, Seattle, Kenmore, Bothell, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park, and Marysville.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year (Commission + Revenue Share Potential)
