Operations Specialist

EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 6+ years of relevant experience, or at least two years of industry-related experience with a bachelor's degree. A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred. Experience in an analytical role and in project management. Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.); experience with SAP Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse is preferred. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines and deliverables. A quick learner who is self‑motivated and able to work independently. Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Strong attention to detail. Preferred certifications include: APICS, CIRM, CPSM, PMP, SCOR, Lean, or Six Sigma. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to execute project initiatives focused on improvement and to support efficient day‑to‑day operations. Ability to translate analysis into insights and actionable plans, and to collaborate on and execute those plans. Understanding of problem‑solving methodologies and familiarity with root cause analysis tools. Proven conflict resolution and influencing skills, with strong relationship‑building capabilities. Outstanding customer service skills and adaptability to changing requirements. Experience with SAP EWM is preferred. Familiarity with relational databases is preferred.
